What size image do I need to supply?

The bigger the version of the image you have, the better - we can however often work with small files. Ideally the images provided will be 300dpi and the same size as you want printed but we can use 72dpi if the image is the same size as is required. If the quality is too low, we will let you know before we begin printing.

I do not see the size that i want, can you still print it?

We are more than happy to create bespoke sized prints. Please email us the image and the required finished, framed size and we will respond via email with a quote.

How soon will I get my print?

We have a current turnaround time of 3 days. All our deliveries come via a courier and will require a signature.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are happy to ship your canvas prints worldwide, email us for a shipping quote

I only have a hard copy of my photo; can I still have it printed onto canvas?

Yes, if you post the photo to us along with your contact details, size and any effects that you may require, we can scan it in for you. We will return the original to you with the canvas. We recommend that you package your hard copy carefully to prevent damage in the post, and also send via registered mail.

What happens to my file once you printed my canvas?

We keep all the image files on our server, in case you want another copy in the future. We do not use them for anything else, and we will delete them if you ask us to do so.

I'm worried about giving my credit card details over the web, how else can I pay?

We use a secure payment processor called Protx. All credit and debit card transaction are securely processed by them on their secure servers - we do not see any of your credit or debit card details. However if you are still concerned, then you can pay by sending us a cheque made payable to Nova Prints. There will however be a delay in processing the order while we wait for the cheque to clear.

Is the size I pay for the print size or the frame size?

The prices we charge are for the finished frame size.
